Regional Finance Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Regional Manager to join our Financial Planning team at TD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to our Wealth Advice Specialists and Financial Planners, while driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing team of financial professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and increase market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while ensuring alignment with TD's overall business objectives.
- Manage and mitigate risk, ensuring that our financial planning and wealth management services are delivered in a compliant and regulatory environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- University degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of management experience at a senior level, plus 5 years of industry experience.
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH), and Wealth Management Essentials (WME) certifications are required.
- Strong communication and team management skills, with the ability to exchange ideas and information with partners and team members.
