- Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship, direction, and motivation on sound business practices and compliance requirements in a challenging yet collaborative environment.
- Strategic Partnerships: Provide strategic partner relationships to the leadership team on the management of the portfolio and financials, with deep industry and enterprise knowledge.
- Cross-Functional Initiatives: Participate in cross-functional/enterprise initiatives as a subject matter expert to identify and enact strategic operational efficiencies and opportunities.
- Long-Term Planning: Develop long-term plans for your area and influence beyond your managed area.
- Relationship Management: Actively manage relationships, processes, and regulatory requirements within and across business divisions.
- Client Experience: Ensure all customer-facing activities support the client experience and improve the TD brand.
- Risk Management: Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite.
- Education and Experience: University degree preferred with over five (5) or more years' management experience at a senior level plus five (5) years industry experience.
- Certifications: Should have one of the following: Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH), and Wealth Management Essentials (WME).
- Communication and Team Management: Strong communication and team management skills to exchange ideas and information with partners and team.
