Job Title: Global Finance Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Mundipharma International is seeking a highly skilled Global Finance Operations Manager to join our Service Management team. As a critical member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving service delivery, tracking and monitoring issues, and promoting streamlining of our Finance Shared Service Centre (FSSC) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Employ a data-driven approach to performance management, defining and implementing key service SLAs and process KPIs across FSSC operations.
  • Process Optimization: Ensure efficient resource utilization and process optimization for all services provided by FSSC (Offshore BPO).
  • Relationship Management: Promote a culture of service excellence, ensuring service agreements are upheld by the FSSC and transparently reported to the wider business community.
  • Communication: Manage communications across all levels of governance, leveraging all available platforms to ensure effective communication and encourage self-service via the FSSC interaction model.

Requirements:

  • Education: University Degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience: Service delivery experience in a global company, managing large/complex operations & projects, including BPO and captive shared services.
  • Skills: End-to-end finance process understanding, finance shared services, ERP rollout program, project delivery, automation initiatives, finance transformation experience, coaching & managing people, senior stakeholder management, strong negotiation skills.
