Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Institutional to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with institutional clients, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, family offices, and other financial institutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and joint ventures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients
  • Strong understanding of the financial industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
