Position Overview

As a Restaurant Manager at Adrak Hospitality, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Financial Responsibilities

Manage a budget ranging from $500,001 to $1,500,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the types of services to be provided and implement operational protocols.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including cash balances and reports.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations.
  • Analyze costs associated with products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with provincial and territorial liquor laws.
  • Oversee inventory management and organization.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
  • Engage with clients regarding catering services and facility usage.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and their execution.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
Supervisory Duties

Oversee staff across various operational areas.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Involves repetitive tasks and physical demands.
  • Requires attention to detail and the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • May require overtime work.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is required.

This is a permanent position requiring 35 hours of work per week.
