About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team at Advanced Computers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to meet their targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Work Setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: $4,000,001 - $8,000,000.
  • Supervision: 16-20 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organized, team player, initiative, and a permanent work term.
