About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team at Hero Certified Burgers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and operational excellence across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans.
