Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of reservations staff, ensuring timely and accurate processing of guest reservations and requests.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and review work to ensure efficient operations and effective use of resources.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical capabilities to work in a hotel environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 37.5 to 44 hour workweek. The work language is English.
