About the Role

The Technical Service Representative is a key member of our team at Sani Marc, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide technical solutions to resolve issues.
  • Investigate customer complaints to determine the nature and cause of problems.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure prompt and efficient resolutions.
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and company employees regarding warranty and merchandise return policies.
  • Access and utilize our database to ensure service efficiency and accuracy.
  • Enter orders into our order management system.
  • Verify product availability, manage inventories, and coordinate deliveries to ensure prompt and efficient service.
  • Track orders and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is essential, as the position involves interacting with a diverse clientele.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanics, electromechanics, and electricity is required.
  • Experience as a parts counter clerk or technical advisor is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management and work methods.
  • A respectful and customer-oriented approach is essential.
  • General knowledge of computer systems, including the Microsoft Office suite.
