We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Brossard location.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and making product recommendations based on their knowledge;
  • Merchandising products in an attractive way and maintaining a clean and organized store environment;
  • Ensuring that top-selling products, new releases, and staff picks are prominently displayed to maximize sales in accordance with established guidelines;
  • Participating in returns, transfers, and receptions of products in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma;
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales and/or customer service;
  • Excellent customer service skills, including empathy and effective communication;
  • A good general knowledge;
  • The ability to work on your feet all day, lift, and move boxes.
