Position Overview
As a Regional Sales Leader at Reitmans, you will report directly to the Sales and Operations Director. You will oversee a network of 17 retail locations within the CENTRAL ONTARIO AREA, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, financial success, and a supportive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance store and management performance through strategic visits
- Evaluate product success to develop effective merchandising plans
- Attract, nurture, and maintain high-performing teams
- Establish clear objectives and monitor team effectiveness
- Adhere to company policies and operational guidelines
Candidate Profile
What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years in multi-unit leadership roles
- Preferred post-secondary education
- Proven ability to drive results and mentor store leaders
- Expertise in recruitment, training, and succession planning
- Experience in guiding teams towards financial and merchandising achievements
- Willingness to travel to various locations as needed
Compensation and Benefits
What We Offer
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
