Ammolite Technology Ltd, a leading provider of full-service systems management and IT infrastructure design, is seeking a Junior Helpdesk Analyst to support our clients in Alberta and British Columbia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our technical team. As a Junior Helpdesk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective resolutions to client service requests, working closely with internal team members and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a helpdesk tier 1 team member, triage incoming client requests, and escalate matters that require additional attention.
  • Ensure service request tickets have complete and accurate information, including key client details and service notes.
  • Assist clients with hardware, software, network, and printer incidents and service requests.
  • Provide proactive updates to clients on their service tickets.
  • Occasionally travel to client sites to provide onsite support.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of technical support experience in a service desk/helpdesk or equivalent role.
  • Technology-related education, coursework, or certifications are a strong asset.
  • Previous end-user computer experience, including troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and printing.
