The Shelf is a full-service influencer marketing agency that utilizes its proprietary SaaS platform to plan, execute, manage, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns for its clients. As a remote position, this role requires working during typical business hours and interacting virtually with the team and clients.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up the foundation for success on our client campaigns, including influencer discovery, outreach, negotiations, and contracting talent. You will need to possess a creative eye for content, a keen awareness of social trends, and the ability to act fast while being flexible to shift direction when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships with influencers and negotiate contracts
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify suitable influencers for client campaigns
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to meet client goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, strategy teams, and engineering teams
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Requirements
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing and talent partnerships
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze performance trends and market data
  • Proficiency in using various platforms, including social media and Airtable
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies
