Talent Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up the foundation for success on our client campaigns, including influencer discovery, outreach, negotiations, and contracting talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish relationships with influencers who align with our clients' brand values and mission.
  • Develop and execute influencer outreach strategies to secure partnerships with top talent.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams, including account managers, strategy teams, and engineering teams, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends, market data, and demographic insights to inform influencer marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their brand goals and objectives and develop tailored influencer marketing strategies to achieve them.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to clients on campaign performance and progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of successful deals and partnerships.
  • Exceptional teamwork and proactive written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach materials, pitch decks, and presentations.
  • Ability to objectively assess strengths and weaknesses of content while also identifying areas for improvement and understand how to fine-tune to achieve the desired result.
  • Proficient in researching and analyzing performance trends, market data, and demographic insights.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using various platforms, including social media platforms and Airtable, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
