Why You’ll Love This Role:

As a Junior Technical Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in shaping careers and supporting critical projects in engineering and IT. You’ll work closely with our Staffing Manager and recruitment team, gaining hands-on experience and building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

What You’ll Do:

- Find Great Talent: Source candidates through platforms like and Indeed.
- Be the First Point of Contact: Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate the Process: Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications.
- Keep Things Organized: Send application updates, rejection emails, and prepare offer letters.
- Represent Us: Participate in recruiting events and promote a positive candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–3 years of recruiting experience (engineering and IT roles preferred).
- Agency recruitment experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with and Indeed.
- Problem-solving mindset and critical-thinking skills.

Your Background:

- Degree or diploma in Business, HR, or a related field.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Perks & Details:

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
- Requirements: Police clearance and reference check
