If you’re passionate about connecting people with opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team Why You’ll Love This Role: As a Junior Technical Recruiter , you’ll play a key role in shaping careers and supporting critical projects in engineering and IT. You’ll work closely with our Staffing Manager and recruitment team, gaining hands-on experience and building strong relationships with candidates and clients. What You’ll Do: Find Great Talent: Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed. Be the First Point of Contact: Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews. Coordinate the Process: Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications. Keep Things Organized: Send application updates, rejection emails, and prepare offer letters. Represent Us: Participate in recruiting events and promote a positive candidate experience. What We’re Looking For: 2–3 years of recruiting experience (engineering and IT roles preferred). Agency recruitment experience is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities. Familiarity with LinkedIn and Indeed. Problem-solving mindset and critical-thinking skills. Your Background: Degree or diploma in Business, HR, or a related field. Excellent time-management and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Perks & Details: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Work Mode: Hybrid Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
