Through one of our sister companies, Evolve Contracted Resources, we work closely with major automotive, tier-1 manufacturers, O&G, and disaster assistance companies to provide them with top quality, driven and results orientated engineers, technicians, skilled trades, and professional general labor. All our team members enjoy great support from Evolve Contracted Resources as well as amazing hourly/overtime rates, per diems and with all expenses being covered up front (during deployment). We have an amazing team, and we are constantly looking to add amazing talent to our team who will serve our customers on-site at their locations.

The successful applicant should be willing to work flexible hours as we have clients across multiple time zones and should have prior experience as a **Technical Recruiter** with a specific focus in hiring in the automotive, engineering and/or manufacturing industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Track, maintain and improve recruitment metrics

**Requirements**:

- Well-rounded recruiting/sourcing expertise.
- 4+ years of successful experience as a recruiter in corporate and/or agency environments ideally focused in automotive, engineering and manufacturing industries.
- Proficient in multiple search approaches (beyond LinkedIn/Boolean/Job boards).
- Able to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized with a sound sense of urgency and can quickly prioritize when presented with a list of all ‘top priority’ situations
