Horizon CPA is a mid-size professional accounting firm located in downtown Vancouver. We provide hands‑on accounting, tax compliance, advisory and financial planning services to entrepreneurs, professional corporations and other privately‑owned entities.

We are looking for undergraduate business students who are intending to pursue their CPA designation to join our team.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing T1s, T4s, T5s, T3s, and GST/PST returns

- Assisting with other corporate tax filings

- Reviewing notices from CRA and preparing responses when required

- Providing bookkeeping assistance when required

- Building positive working relationships with clients and responding to enquiries

- Communicating with senior team members regarding the progress of their engagements

- Other tax related tasks

Future Development

As you gain more experience, you will be assigned to more challenging and complex jobs, developing your technical tax knowledge and other enabling competencies required for the CPA designation.
