The Opportunity

We're hiring both Junior Accountants (CPA candidates starting out in audit) and Senior Accountants (experienced auditors ready to take on more responsibility). You'll gain hands-on experience with public company and IPO audits while growing your career in a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in audit engagements for public companies and IPOs.
  • Perform substantive testing on assigned financial statement areas.
  • Prepare clear and well-documented audit working papers in line with auditing standards and firm methodology.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure engagements progress efficiently.
  • For Seniors: Take ownership of audit sections, supervise junior staff, and support managers/partners in delivering high-quality audits.

What You Bring

Junior Accountant:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Actively pursuing or planning to pursue the CPA designation.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Team-oriented mindset with clear and proactive communication skills.

Senior Accountant:

  • CPA designation (or close to completion).
  • Minimum 2 years of public audit experience.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP; exposure to IFRS is an asset.
  • Ability to manage assigned audit areas, supervise juniors, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
