Responsibilities:
• Process and manage high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Handle collections for small accounts, ensuring timely follow-up with clients.
• Categorize client accounts to determine their collectibility and maintain detailed records.
• Conduct proactive outreach to clients, including making calls to confirm payment timelines and methods.
• Update and maintain client payment information using Excel and accounting software systems.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and payment records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and achieve year-end collection targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving payment-related issues.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables, to track and analyze data.
• Assist with year-end financial projects and contribute to the overall success of the department.
