This individual will be a key member of the administration team will ensure the timely and accurate creation and delivery of sales invoices to customers. They will also be responsible for other functions as requested by the Controller.

**Key Areas of Accountability**
- Gather cost information from the ERP system on a project-by-project basis in accordance with established customer billing cycles.
- Be familiar with the billing requirements established for each project through customer purchase orders.
- Create Applications for Payment (AFP) as required by customer purchase orders and attach any supporting documentation such as LEMS, supplier invoices and/or employee timesheets. Send the AFP to the customer for approval as required.
- Review, reconcile and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Other duties as requested by the Controller or senior management.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Several years experience in an accounting role.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills.
- Must have very good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong work ethic, attention to accuracy and detail, ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

**Reporting Relationships**
- Reports to the Controller
- Key internal interactions: purchasing coordinator, all management and technical staff
- Key external interactions: customers

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule once individual is fully trained and able to work independently.
