We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic **Billing Clerk** to join our Manifest Department. Providing accurate transfer of information from waybills, electronic trailer assignment and dispatch of outbound shipments through our Transportation Management System.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma; courses in Business Administration or related field, with two (2) years’ experience in an administration role; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Freight Industry experience preferred
- Experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS) preferred
- Intermediate level use of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Solid knowledge of the geography of British Columbia
- Highly organized with a proven ability to effectively prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
