We are looking for an organized, data-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team of professionals in the Financial Services division of our Finance, Lands and Police department. If you have a keen eye for detail and high attention to accuracy, and are driven by providing exceptional customer service, this position is for you
Reporting to the Financial Reporting Lead, this position will be responsible for billing, completing accounting batch reviews, reviewing batch journal entries for accuracy for the Accounting Clerk II, preparing security deposit refunds, accounts receivable management including sending outstanding invoices and supporting customers, and completing various reconciliations and smaller project work as required. Further, the position will interact frequently with internal and external customers by responding to inquiries and providing a variety of information.
In addition to a CUPE hourly rate of $26.87 - $31.56, the City offers a comprehensive benefits package and the option to participate in an earned day off program. This position is based in Coquitlam with some flexible, hybrid work options available.
