Rentokil-Terminix is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Support/Accounts Receivable to be a part of our fast-paced team. This is an onsite position based out of our Fredericton office.

Salary: $42,000 annually

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Collections Duties:

1. Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to customers regarding the collection of past due and/or delinquent accounts.
2. Distribute monthly statements to customers via email and mail.
3. Aid customers with payment processing including daily cheque deposits, credit card processing, and EFT payments.
4. Present collections efforts and results during one-on-one meetings with direct manager and during group meetings with teammates and management team.
5. Track statistics on success of outbound collection calls.

Admin Duties:

1. Data entry of new contracts, job sales, and product sales into our CRM software.
2. Upload and file copies of contracts for new customers.
3. Customer account maintenance, including contact updates, changes to billing, PO’s, etc.
4. Daily and consolidated month-end invoicing.
5. Process and apply credit memos as required.
6. Ensure accuracy in our invoice process, ensuring all relevant data is correct.

Scheduling Duties:

1. Interact with customers as necessary to ensure a world-class service experience.
2. Capable of following written and verbal directions.
3. Be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
4. Respond to immediate issues within the course of a work shift.
5. Review and adjust routes and appointments as needed in response to customer requests and colleague availability.
6. Communicate one-on-one with technicians to adjust assignments, add/remove locations, or reassign technicians to additional routes to assist peers and/or customers.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED – required.
2. Post-secondary education in a related area of study - preferred.
3. 2-4 years of professional admin and collection experience - preferred.
4. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Knowledge of Google Suite, especially Google Drive and associated programs frequently used at Rentokil-Terminix North America.
6. Very accurate data entry skills.
7. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Able to exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.
10. Must be reliable, punctual, and professional & have a strong eye for detail.
11. Excellent proofreading abilities.
