Our platform empowers MSPs to scale their operations, improve security, and deliver more value to their clients.As we grow our presence in EMEA, we’re looking for a driven Account Executive to help us build strong relationships with MSPs across the region and accelerate our growth.**Responsibilities**· Own the full-cycle sales process: prospect, engage, demo, handle objections, and close deals with MSPs across EMEA.· Book and manage your own demos and opportunities, with support from our global BDR team.· Deliver compelling value propositions and product demos tailored to the MSP business model.· Act as a strategic advisor to partners, helping them solve business challenges through Augmentt’s platform.· Stay informed on MSP trends, competitive landscape, and regional market dynamics.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure partner success.**Qualifications**· 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS or selling to MSPs.· Strong understanding of the MSP business model, including service delivery, security, and operational challenges.· Familiarity with the **Microsoft ecosystem**—especially Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune—and how MSPs use these platforms to deliver services.· Ability to speak confidently about Microsoft licensing, compliance, and integration opportunities.· Experience selling solutions that complement Microsoft offerings is a strong asset.· Proven success in full-cycle sales, pipeline management, and forecasting.· Fluent in English; additional languages (Dutch, French, German) are a plus.· Self-starter with a growth mindset, grit, and a passion for learning.· Experience delivering engaging online demos and presentations.· Track record of quota attainment and achievement.**Perks & Benefits**· Remote-first role with flexibility to work from anywhere in Western Europe.· Preference for candidates in Benelux for proximity to key partners and events.· Competitive compensation and benefits package tailored to your region.· Annual training and professional development budget.· Premium hardware and equipment to support your home office setup.· Monthly stipend to enhance your remote work experience.· Mentorship from industry leaders with a proven track record of scaling SaaS businesses.**Work-Life Balance**We believe in balance and flexibility.
