This high energy and high profile position is responsible for building new relationships and growing sales within the Enterprise Business Market.
By effectively partnering with current and prospect accounts within an assigned territory, the** Enterprise Account Executive** will work closely with our strategic clients in order to have a full understanding of their connectivity requirements. The Account Executive will collaborate with internal cross functional teams to build business solutions which will meet or exceed client expectations in order to generate the desired business outcomes.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Use innovative selling techniques and product knowledge, to grow business using the full suite of Rogers Wireless, Fixed Network and Advanced Business Solutions
- Analyze and pursue opportunities for prospecting additional business within assigned territory as well as net new opportunities
- Represent the company with a positive attitude and strong work ethic that will maintain maximum sales and revenue growth
- Develop account and relationship management strategies, in order to gain insider status and to protect the account from any competitive activity
- Strong knowledge of Eastern Ontario business market, well connected within the Community, ability and interest in networking and Corporate relationship development
- Act as the single point of contact for accounts on the full suite of products and services provided by Rogers Communications Inc.
- Share your ideas by actively participating at regular sales meetings and fulfill required administrative duties to support your role
- Own and troubleshoot customer problems and provide solutions by working with key internal contacts to maintain integrity of business
**What you'll bring**:
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in telecom industry, managing corporate and or public sector accounts
- University Degree in Business Administration or a related field experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding assigned targets
- Solid understanding of wireless, data centre, fixed network and telecom services
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong strategic planning skills
- Superior sales and customer service skills
- An innovative thinker in meeting customer requirements
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing work environment
- Able to quickly pivot to match new work objectives and priorities
