**Account Executive: Out-of-Home Advertising**

**About this role**:
As an **Account Executive**, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our client base across Ottawa and beyond.

**Is this the right fit for you? In this role, you will**:

- Actively identify, develop, and manage relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and regular communication.
- Effectively engage with potential and existing customers to foster strong relationships and deliver outstanding service.
- Proactively initiative first contact through networking and cold outreach to generate new opportunities and ensure the achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Ask potential clients calibrated questions to understand marketing objectives, target audience, and budget to develop effective advertising solutions.
- Create a compelling proposal which highlights the benefits of OOH advertising and demonstrate how it will advance client objectives.
- Effectively manage objections, pivot as necessary to negotiate terms & pricing and close deals with confidence.
- Monitor the implementation of advertising campaigns, ensure timely delivery of creative assets, and pacing against key performance metrics.
- Proactively maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay informed with consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to build effective campaigns and identify new business opportunities.
- **3-5 years of experience** in media sales, advertising, or similar sales activities.
- Proven ability to **prospect, build rapport, negotiate, and close deals** with confidence.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a **client-first** mindset.
- A high level of self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to problem solve and work independently.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook**.
- A **bachelor’s degree in business, marketing**, or equivalent experience in the industry.
- In-depth understanding of the Canadian advertising market and media landscape in a bonus.
- A vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
