Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous support to dealers and fleet customers.
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails within established quality standards.
- Process Competitive Assistance Agreements accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage dealer requests related to competitive assistance.
- Handle daily vehicle bailment activities, including credits and rebills.
- Maintain, create, and terminate Fleet Account Numbers (FAN) in the enterprise system.
- Coordinate vehicle logistics, including special moves, reconsignments, and diversions.
- Provide order status updates, in-transit details, and vehicle location information to fleet customers.
- Verify and process manual claims such as price protection or price assurance.
- Distribute weekly operational reports.
- Support the sales team and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- 2–3 years of relevant administrative, customer service, or operations experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Excel (intermediate level preferred).
- Experience in the automotive industry (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bilingual (French preferred but not required).
