Job Description Responsibilities Provide prompt, professional, and courteous support to dealers and fleet customers. Respond to incoming phone calls and emails within established quality standards. Process Competitive Assistance Agreements accurately and in a timely manner. Manage dealer requests related to competitive assistance. Handle daily vehicle bailment activities, including credits and rebills. Maintain, create, and terminate Fleet Account Numbers (FAN) in the enterprise system. Coordinate vehicle logistics, including special moves, reconsignments, and diversions. Provide order status updates, in-transit details, and vehicle location information to fleet customers. Verify and process manual claims such as price protection or price assurance. Distribute weekly operational reports. Support the sales team and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma required. 2–3 years of relevant administrative, customer service, or operations experience. Proficiency with MS Office and Excel (intermediate level preferred). Experience in the automotive industry (preferred but not required). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational skills. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Bilingual (French preferred but not required).
