DEPARTMENT: Construction

JOB SUMMARY: The Executive Assistant for the construction department will perform administrative duties for executive management team. Responsibilities may include screening calls, managing calendars, meeting and event arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, Elder Home Assistance Program Client In-take, complete client files, training and customer relations.

COMPENSATION: $30.23/hr.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION

1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management or related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis.

MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE

1. Three (3) years of experience working in an office environment.
2. Three (3) years of experience compiling and maintaining data, documents and reports.
3. Three (3) years of experience working with confidential documents and information.
4. Three (3) years of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
5. Three (3) years of experience utilizing MUNIS or similar financial software.
6. Experience working with diverse cultures, specifically Native Americans.
7. Experience working with Tribal policies and procedures.

SKILLS TESTING

1. Typing 30 WPM.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES

1. WA State Driver's License. (Personal Auto Insurance)
2. Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulations (Abstract Required).
3. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Full-Time position.
