Job Summary
The Executive Assistant for the Construction department will provide administrative support to the executive management team. Responsibilities may include screening calls, managing calendars, arranging meetings and events, preparing reports and financial data, client intake, and training and customer relations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, project management, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
You will also need at least three years of experience working in an office environment, compiling and maintaining data, documents, and reports, working with confidential documents and information, and utilizing Microsoft Office programs. Experience working with MUNIS or similar financial software is also required.
Skills Testing
A typing speed of 30 words per minute is required. A WA State driver's license and personal auto insurance are also necessary.
Benefits
This is a regular full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $30.23 per hour. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check. The Motor Vehicle Regulations abstract is required.
