What you bring to the team:Completion of certificate in human resources, business or office administrationMinimum of three years of work experience in office administrationBroad working knowledge of administrative practices and procedures Understanding of relevant employment and labour legislationStrong technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsSelf-motivated, self-directed, with strong initiative and ability to work independently, as well as an effective member of a teamStrong customer service focus with a desire to learn and develop as an HR professionalDemonstrated understanding of and discretion in working with confidential and sensitive informationThe Board is seeking candidates who demonstrate the following core competencies:CommunicationShares and receives information and ideas in a variety of ways and adapts to the needs of the audience to ensure the message is understood.
