We are Trustworthy, work as a Team, act as true Partners, prioritize the Customer Experience, and operate with Consistency in everything we do.About the RoleFull Coverage Solutions is seeking an experienced full-time, permanent HR Manager to lead human resources for the Company and our network of partner companies across Canada and the US. This is a hands-on role responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, compliance, and culture-building across a multi-company environment. You will work closely with leadership and partner owners to ensure strong HR practices, legal compliance, and a positive, values-driven employee experience.Full Coverage Solutions’ office is in London, Ontario. While this role is location-flexible and may be performed remotely, the successful candidate may be required to attend the London office periodically, as needed. We prioritize qualifications, experience, and cultural fit over a specific geographic location.What You Will Do· Lead full-cycle recruitment for both internal roles and partner company hiring needs.· Build consistent and effective onboarding experiences across all partner locations.· Support employee relations and coach leaders on performance, conduct, and engagement.· Champion a positive culture aligned with our Core Values.· Oversee performance review processes and support partners with aligned systems.· Guide leaders through goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement.· Support payroll and benefits for FCS and advise partners on compensation structures.· Ensure compliance with Canadian and US labor laws and regulations.· Maintain HR policies, best practices, and documentation.· Track HR metrics and provide insights to leadership and partner companies.· Contribute to evolving HR initiatives and organizational priorities as the business continues to scale, and perform additional responsibilities as required to support operational needs.What Success Looks Like· Building effective HR systems and support across multiple businesses and partner organizations.· Positioning Full Coverage Solutions and our partners for sustainable growth.· Providing partners with guidance and support to develop consistent, scalable HR systems.· Ensuring partners have the structure, processes, and tools needed to manage people effectively as they grow.· Creating alignment and consistency in HR practices across all partner companies.What We Are Looking ForRequired Qualification and Experience· 5+ years of experience in HR management or generalist leadership.· Experience supporting multiple business units or a decentralized workforce.· Strong knowledge of both Canadian and US employment legislation· HR designation (CHRP, CHRL, SHRM-CP, etc.).· Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.· Ability to influence the organizational culture and drive adoption of HR best practices.· Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.· A strong commitment to upholding and reinforcing our Core Values.· Experience implementing, optimizing, or administering HRIS platforms, including reporting, workflows, and data integrity.Recommended Qualifications and Experience· Related HR experience in field service, trades, or multi-location businesses.· Experience navigating cross-border employment considerations, including jurisdictional differences, is an asset.CompensationThis role offers a competitive initial salary range of $68,000–$75,000, with final compensation determined by experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibility.
