Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
2. Utilize tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEMrush, and HubSpot to drive and optimize campaigns.
3. Execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
4. Manage email marketing campaigns via platforms like Mailchimp and Klaviyo.
5. Work closely with creative teams to integrate marketing efforts across all channels.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.
2. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and data analysis tools (Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, HubSpot).
3. Strong command of SEO and PPC strategies with practical results.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking in client/project meetings.
2. Brand development and campaign planning experience.
3. Research, organize and implement effective marketing strategies.
4. Project scoping and ability to articulate design intent.
5. Organized and process-driven.
6. Punctual and timely.
7. Knowledgeable with branding and design.
8. Understands resource allocation.
9. Experience preparing proposals and estimates.

Other:

1. Min. BA education with a focus on marketing/advertising/communication or other.
2. 4+ years of experience working in an advertising/marketing/design agency (preferred).
3. Demonstrate strong initiative and sound problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
5. Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across various functions.
7. Positive with an upbeat attitude.
8. Expert in Word and PowerPoint (or other).
9. Adobe CS5/CS6/CC experience an asset.

Compensation includes a competitive salary & extended health/medical plan.
