**Job Title**:Practice Operations Manager

**Location**: Three Offices (Yonge/Eglinton, Danforth/Coxwell, Danforth/Main)
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
**Position Type**: Full-time

**Schedule**: Evenings, Weekends, and Some Overtime Required

**About Us**:We are a network of three reputable dental offices committed to providing exceptional oral healthcare services to our patients. Our team of dedicated professionals strives for excellence in patient care, utilizing the latest technology and techniques to ensure optimal dental health outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staff coordination, and patient flow, to ensure smooth functioning of all three dental offices.
- Oversee administrative functions such as billing, collections, and insurance processing to optimize revenue cycles.
- Recruit, train, and supervise office staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure adequate supplies and equipment availability.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving for exceptional patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to enhance clinical and operational efficiency.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 + years Dental Experience
- HR Experience
- Proven experience in dental practice management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and dental practice management software
- Knowledge of dental billing, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
