**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**KEY OBJECTIVES**
- Responsible for delivering and maintaining high standards of work whilst carrying out the duties of this role in line with Company values to achieve long-term success
- This position is responsible for providing contract administration of the site project in the pre and post contract stages
**MAIN ACTIVITIES**
- Understand and comply with all Business Commercial guidance documents applicable to your role.
- Provide recommendations on process and system efficiency
- Support the Commercial team in achieving contractual obligations and desired project/tender objectives
- Examine tender and contract documents and prepare, negotiate and settle commercial deviations/clarifications in line with Business’s Commercial Principles
- Letting of subcontract packages and providing contact administration from start to final completion
- Ensure all records, correspondence and other documents are kept to date and to a high standard for auditing and claims purposes
- Prepare progress reports and other documents as requested by your manager within the agreed timeframe
- Participates and provides assistance in cost-control processes
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and corporate values
- Other duties as instructed by your manager
**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in contract administration or similar role is essential
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Law, or other related discipline
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with an exemplary eye for attention-to-detail
- Ability to prioritize your tasks using effective time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Project site experience is an asset
- Experience working in resources or construction industry is desirable
- Proficient working knowledge of MS Suite and Sharepoint
