Description:

The Turnaround Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the overall requirement to supply the T/A Organization with materials and logistical facilities and services. This includes temporary tools, consumable storage and facilities.

Responsibilities:

Initiate and maintain event logistics plan.Coordinate with on site entities to ensure areas are reserved as necessary for lay-down areas and meet facility siting guidelines. Coordinate the preparation and execution of all logistic activity during T/A from scope selection to execution and reporting Provide guidance to TA Execution teams regarding logistic matters during preparation and execution Participates in the T/A review meetings (during preparation and execution) to ensure all logistics concerns are addressed. Coordinate and identify staging and deliverables base on applicable job sites. Initiate necessary permits outside operating areas related to Turnaround activities, if qualified. Participate in reviews of the work scope, plans and schedules to ensure Logistic requirement are understood and included in the plans Provides input on available rental equipment and capabilities and assists in the development of T/A equipment and tooling requirements. BRM and Tent issues. Ensure Facility Siting requirements are met and/or variances requested as necessary. Utilize contacts at other regional sites to borrow and lend BRM’s as necessary. Assist permit planning team coordinating of the placement of Area Rae’s and ensuring the servicing and calibration of Area Rae monitors on unit. Radio Protocol and Supply. Manage and ensure control of supply of radios. Ensure care, custody and control documents exist for the transfer of provided radios to contractor. Ensure fuel service. Coordinate with the main contractors the fuel service needs for all equipment and communicate/ensure proper schedule for servicing. Food/Catering. Work with contractor to ensure that any food/catering contacts are cleared for site and schedules and locations remain compliant with overall plan Report Costs. Provide necessary cost impacts related to logistical services. Waste Management and Control. Ensure waste management service contracts are in place and are being properly executed during the TA window. Ensure placement of dumpsters are in accordance with overall logistics plan and are efficiently capable of being removed and replaced. Ensures environmental plan (waste disposal, lead/asbestos abatement, frac tanks, vac trucks, etc) is executed safely and efficiently. Maintain BRM compound and tent as necessary including furniture, computers, copiers and miscellaneous IT equipment. Communicates key issues and risks to the T/A Block Coordinator and Event Manager. Coordinate the equipment demobilization Provides a critique of turnaround activities after completion of project, participates in Lessons Learned and Lookback process.

Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years in logistics coordination, preferably in oil and gas, petrochemical, or industrial sectors. Experience in turnaround (T/A) logistics on large-scale projects. Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Proficient in logistics software for planning and reporting. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and permit planning. Familiar with waste management and environmental safety. Experience managing rental equipment and temporary facilities. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Capable of developing and maintaining logistics plans and schedules. Experience in coordinating job site staging and deliverables. Ability to manage logistics costs and provide financial reports. Excellent communication skills for internal and external coordination. Ability to provide clear guidance on logistics to T/A teams. Proficient in reporting issues, risks, and logistics status. Experience participating in T/A review meetings. Competence in managing radio protocol and supply. Ability to coordinate fuel services, catering, and other logistics. Experience maintaining temporary facilities (BRM compounds, tents, IT equipment). Strong problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety and environmental compliance. Ability to evaluate post-project activities and contribute to lessons learned.
