Office Administrator

**Job Duties**
- Assist Project Managers with file maintenance
- Prepare reports and circulate them daily
- Toggling Compliance
- Maintain office files, databases, and records
- Upload documents to the appropriate platforms
- Complete Work Orders as required by Project Managers
- Retrieve reports from file management systems regularly
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of Project Managers
- Process Credit Card payments
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Experience with DASH and Encircle is an asset
- Experience in disaster restoration is an asset
- Ability to proactively share information as well as present information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing; be an active listener.
- Ability to work effectively within various situations and challenges and with multiple individuals or groups.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
- Proficiency in English: verbal and written
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
