Inside Sales and Estimating Support Coordinator

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Sales and Estimating Support will build productive business relationships working alongside Belimo District Sales Managers (DSM), Regional Sales Managers (RSM), and Regional Application Consultants (RAC). Sales and Estimating Support will also have the opportunity to engage directly with customers on behalf of the Belimo sales team.

**REPORTING STRUCTURE**:
Sales and Estimating Support is part of the Canadian Operations team and reports directly to the Team Lead - Sales and Estimating Support and bears full responsibility for agreed upon goals and objectives.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide Pre-Po support to our Contracting and OEM Sales Managers.
- Through a peer review process, support customers and sales with pre-sales technical questions regarding Belimo product. These can include: sizing, selection, troubleshooting, wiring, retro-fit solutions, and competitive cross references.
- Process formal quotations and provide supporting technical documentation to internal and external customers.
- Monitor and execute on information contained in the inside sales support communication mailbox
- Provide timely responses and assist in closing out any action items from such communications.
- Coordinate and manage the Inside Sales Queue within our CRM system.
- Enter and track interactions with our customer is our CRM system.
- Support order entry and technical support as required.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Associates Degree in a technical discipline or an applicable business program certification.
- Experience supporting a technical product, preferably in electro-mechanical device.
- A background in supporting manufacturing processes or technical products.
- HVAC background considered a plus.
- Proficient typing skills with high level of accuracy.
- Ability to interpret complex business documents.
- Ability to professionally communicate with customers both verbally and in writing.
- Communicate in French or Spanish is an Asset.
- High comfort level on use of the Microsoft Suite of products (Outlook, Dynamics, Word, and Excel).
- High degree of time management and organization required.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and maintain both a proactive and positive attitude.
- SAP experience is an asset.
The base pay for this position ranges from $60,000 - $70,000 CAD annually with a target performance bonus of 7% of an employee’s annual base salary.
