**Job Overview**:
The Inside Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing our marketing initiatives. This position involves a blend of inside sales responsibilities (70%) and collaborative marketing efforts (30%), with a strong emphasis on managing social media platforms and website content in partnership with a third-party marketing company. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing customer engagement, reviewing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inside Sales (70%)**:

- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, maximizing revenue and market share growth.
- Engage with potential customers, address inquiries, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any concerns or issues.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, gaining insights into their preferences and feedback to improve our products and services.
- Focus on building a portfolio of customers to encourage regular purchases, acting as their dedicated account manager.
- **Product Knowledge and Recommendations**:

- Deepen product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations, assisting customers in making informed product selections.
- Leverage understanding of our product portfolio, including private labels, to guide customers and influence their purchasing decisions.
- **Order Processing and Management**:

- Handle order processing efficiently, ensuring accurate entry, order fulfillment coordination, and timely delivery to customers, along with effective customer care resolutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to monitor order status and proactively address any order-related concerns.

**Marketing Collaboration (30%)**:

- **Collaboration with Marketing Consultant**:

- Work closely with our marketing consultant to integrate sales efforts with marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to shape marketing strategies, campaigns, and messaging.
- **Content Creation and Promotion**:

- Assist in creating engaging marketing content, such as product descriptions and promotional materials, for online platforms to drive product visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate on the execution of marketing campaigns, aligning them with sales objectives to optimize conversions.
- **Lead Social Media and Website Administration**:

- Manage and update social media platforms and the company website, ensuring alignment with the company’s direction and promotions.
- Oversee and maintain inventory data management on the website to ensure accurate product availability and descriptions.
- **Market Activity Coordination**:

- Coordinate and attend all company market activities, including trade shows, and communicate with vendors’ marketing departments.
- Manage communication with marketing agencies, including Limes, to enhance collaboration and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, marketing, or a related role, with a focus on customer interactions and product recommendations.
- Sales and marketing experience with online retail platforms such as WooCommerce, Amazon, Instacart, Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, and RED.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and effectively address customer inquiries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage customer interactions and sales activities simultaneously.
- Self-driven with a passion for sales and the ability to initiate and develop necessary marketing activities to support business growth.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and software.
