**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to the sales team by managing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business development opportunities.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospective clients and gather market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in technology sales, technical sales, or inside sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
- Experience in business development or telemarketing is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
