JOB SUMMARY

Sales and Estimating Support will build productive business relationships working alongside Belimo District Sales Managers (DSM), Regional Sales Managers (RSM), and Regional Application Consultants (RAC). Sales and Estimating Support will also have the opportunity to engage directly with customers on behalf of the Belimo sales team.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

Sales and Estimating Support is part of the Canadian Operations team and reports directly to the Team Lead - Sales and Estimating Support with a dotted to the Regional Sales Manager (Area), and bears full responsibility for agreed upon goals and objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to our Contracting and OEM Sales Managers in an assigned region
- Act as interface for field sales team to internal operation team
- Support customers and Sales with technical pre-sales questions regarding Belimo product. These can include: sizing, selection, troubleshooting, wiring, retro-fit solutions, and competitive cross references.
- Process of formal quotations and provide supporting technical documentation to internal and external customers.
- Take ownership of the assigned accounts through proactive inside sales with mínimal travel.
- Manage workload to meet bid deadline requirements
- Work closely with field sales on project identification and qualification as well as product selection
- Monitor and execute on information contained in the Inside Sales and Estimating communication mailboxes.
- Provide timely responses and assist in closing out any action items from such communications.
- May need to process expedite requests (red orders or overnight shipments) on an as needed basis.
- Support order entry and technical support as required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of proven track record in a customer service, sales, or marketing position
- Ego Drive, Empathy, Leadership Qualities, and analytical thinking ability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (min Excel, Word); experience in SAP or other
- Strong technical aptitude to understand Belimo product line
