**Job Summary**

As a client care coordinator and clinic receptionist, you are the primary contact for our clients and team. You will oversee many aspects of operations, working independently. Your skill set will include the ability to exhibit emotional intelligence, problem solving, and excellent communication skills while being confident, caring, empathic and friendly.

**Education and Experience**

**Reception experience in the spa or health industry** Knowledge of MindBody Online program - Experience booking appointments - College - diploma in business, HR, or hospitality

**Professional, concise, clear communication skills including written, verbal and non-verbal** Knowledge in business principles and client care

**Excellent Microsoft computer and software skills** Excellent interpersonal skills and experience - Mature and Smile when answering the phone

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Customer Service** **Handle customer inquiries and feedback** Ensure policies and procedures are followed, while adding creatively to our already outstanding team.
- **Operations**_

1. Oversee and perform front end duties

2. Handle all aspects of the MindBody Online program

3. Lead in delivering brilliant guest service

4. Model professional attitude

5. Inspire the team to become caring problem solvers

6. Assist in the design and implementation of office policies and procedures

7. Maintain the décor, equipment**, **supplies and clinic maintenance

8. Develop and manage of schedules for all therapists

9. Website maintenance

**Employment and Working Conditions**

**Being seated or standing at a desk for extended periods of time talking on the phone and working at a computer station**

**Evening Commitment: 29 hours per week**

- Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 2:30-9:30pm**_
- **-Monday 3:30-9:30pm**_
- **Interviews begin - Nov 4**_
- **Training could start Nov 12 **_
- **With regular shifts starting Nov 15**_
- Help cover holiday time, additional hours may come available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 35 per week
