Front Desk Executive

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, cold callings or forwarding calls to
respective departments
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events
- Greeting and assisting visitors in professional and friendly manner
- Handling enquires and sorting mails - Assist with administrative task such as data entry, filing and photocopying
**Skills**:
- Strong communication skills and customer service skills with a friendly and approach
- Proficient in using front desk software and phone systems
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Join our team as a Front Desk Executive and be part of our welcoming and professional atmosphere. As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests from different backgrounds, ensuring their needs are met and creating a positive experience.

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
