**Summary**:
The Financial Analyst, Finance is responsible for supporting The Source’s P&L with respect to budgeting, forecasting and analysis. The Analyst will provide relevant financial analysis and recommendations to identify opportunities for increased sales/margins, cost savings and refinement of forecasting models.

The Analyst will be engaged in various recurring and ad hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects.

We’re looking for a customer focused individual, with an innovative mindset and the drive to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare weekly month-to-date and month-to-go outlook updates for the current month as well as official monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
- Assist with month end close and prepare management P&L and KPI reports for review with the executive team.
- Work with the Finance BI team to improve our financial data sets and then leverage this information for our forecast models as well as taking the initiative to analyze the data to identify EBITDA opportunities.
- Assist the team with building and automating new financial metrics.
- Helping build executive forecast decks focusing on key business drivers to understand and explain financial and metric variances.
- Assist in financial deep dives and special projects in order to provide enhanced, value-added financial analysis & insight to drive improved financial & business performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting to drive new insights.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, with financial planning and analysis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to meet hard deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate or senior level
- Ability to balance multiple deliverables and reprioritize when faced with competing deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment
