**PURPOSE**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Financial**
- Preparation (coordination) of monthly internal financial statements
- Preparation of quarterly financial statements
- Preparation and coordination of year end audit binders and financial statements
- Assistance to external audit team
- Cash management
- Meet all reporting deadlines in accordance with delivery dates
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities.

**Portfolio Administration/Infrastructure**
- Work with internal teams on enhancing procedures relating to portfolio origination and administration.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **2-3 years accounting experience**:

- **Previous experience using Accounting Software**:

- **Great Plans Experience would be an asset in this role**:

- Accounting or associated degree
- Consistently act in a manner that reflects positively on the company and in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Experience in public accounting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Attention to detail
