The Analyst of Data & Analytics is responsible for the development and maintenance of the organizations reporting & analytical functionality to support the organization in making data-driven decisions. The role will also collaborate with the digital team, internal and external stakeholders to streamline and/or automate desired processes to allow teams to focus on their most valuable tasks.

**WORK HOURS**: Office hours (evenings & weekends as needed)

**LOCATION**: 4760 Inglis Drive, Richmond (YVR); hybrid work schedule

**TERM**: Full Time Permanent

**DEPARTMENT**: Network Planning and Revenue Management

**Responsibilities and Expectations**
- Provide booking system administration support as it relates to commercial and operational master data.
- Collaborate with digital team in rollout and testing of new PSS commercial functionality.
- Collaborate with digital team, other internal stakeholders, and PSS provider to optimize and automate processes where desired.
- Develop tools, dashboards, and database queries to support reporting requirements for both commercial and operational functions.
- Monthly and/or quarterly reconciliation of booking totals for 3rd parties such as Tofino Resort & Marina, Expedia, Hahn Air.

**Qualifications/Assets**.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or mathematics. Total of 1-3 years of analytical and business intelligence experience in lieu.
- Quantitative skills, Strong technical skills in the areas of SQL and advanced Excel modeling.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence software.
- Strong Data Visualization and Analytical coding languages skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast paced and demanding environment.
