**Job Overview**

As the Manager, Business Intelligence and Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team that services all functional areas of the business and the execution of the BI Roadmap and Strategy. This role will work closely with Property Management, Asset Management, Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Finance, Product Managers, Technology and other teams to define metrics and implement robust data visualizations and dashboarding solutions through Power BI that will drive meaningful insights and business decisions. Your goal is to help create a data storytelling environment where end users can quickly understand how we are performing toward our goals and accurately analyze our business to make data-informed decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a diverse team of analysts with expertise in Power BI, SQL, Python, data modeling, and financial analysis.
- Oversee daily operations of BI/analytics projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Guide all phases of the BI product life cycle, from requirements gathering to production release.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the team.
- Present insights and findings to management and stakeholders through detailed reports and visualizations.
- Establish standards and best practices for development and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Data Science team on predictive analytics initiatives.
- Contribute to the planning of the BI Roadmap and Strategy.
- Identify learning opportunities and recommend relevant training and certifications.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in BI technology.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in a management role.
- Expertise in Power BI, with a strong background in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports.
- Proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience in writing and optimizing complex queries.
- Skilled in Python for data analysis, automation, and predictive modeling.
- Desirable skills include experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Power Automate, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
