**Purpose**:
Ensures that both External and Internal reports are issued in a timely manner. Ensures vendor reporting is charged to vendors as it is a source of income for the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for generating and issuing Internal Reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Responsible for generating and issuing Vendor Reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Generates reporting using internal systems to effectively capture data needed for reporting including creating and running standard reports and ad-hoc reports.
- Liaisies with Vendors and brokers to ensure trade and portfolio details are reported accordingly
- Keeps track of Vendor Tiers and associated charges
- Responsible for taking Vendor Feedback (from meetings or correspondence) to continually improve Vendor Reporting Platform
- Responsible for billings of Vendor Reports to ensure profit is generated.
- Collaborates with cross-functional team members to understand, review, and solve outstanding data needs.
- Actively listens to internal and external customer needs, prioritizes tasks, efficiently troubleshoots problems, and recommends solutions in a timely
- Proactively seeks out pertinent data and conceives new and better ways of reporting and presenting information drawn from the various data sets.
- Maintains data sources and systems for reporting purposes, job tools, and other data-related tasks.
- Assists on new Reporting creation and launches to the organization (Power BI and others).
- Documents Processes/Procedures.
- Effectively manages priorities to ensure on-time delivery of accountabilities.
- Performs other relevant job duties as required.

**Qualifications**:
**Education/Certification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Diploma, Mathematics, Science or Engineering

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in reporting analytics for a large organization preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, and others)
- Developing Workflows and process documentation

**Knowledge**:

- Advanced working knowledge of Excel
- Proficiency in Power BI preferred
- Familiarity of data analysis and ETL process skills and concepts including data modeling and transformations

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Able to work independently and be self-directed in completing tasks assigned.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to multitask and prioritize
