*Job Summary*

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project managers and teams in coordinating construction projects. This role involves ensuring project timelines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and communication among stakeholders is clear and effective.

*Responsibilities*
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all deadlines are met
- Communicate with team members, vendors, and clients to provide project updates
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Ordering materials & order management
- Sending work orders
- Invoicing & collecting payments
- Process returns

*Skills*
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and word

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
